Watch him swoop to extend the life of your fundraising page! Gasp as he edits your offline amount! Swoon as he talks you through creating a page!
"Heroes" is a word used too often to describe the mundane, but it's an adjective that sums up our Mike (as Cilla would no doubt say if she were on the payroll) to a T.
He's always on hand to guide our lovely users through the ins and outs of the JG world and, along with the ever-ready Jules, does a superhero job every day of the week (except Fridays - Ed. - how did he wangle that one?)
Jules and Mike are available on our local rate helpdesk number 0845 021 2110 from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. But we can't guarantee that he'll be wearing his Superhero disguise - those hand fin thingys cause havoc with typing...
