Right. So we're back from America. The $ was weak, the BBQ was spicy and the project was enlightening. To say the least. And we nearly ended up going to Glasgow because of all the silly weather we're having.

One of the best bits of inbox candy we get each week is the Innocent News from everyone's favourite bottled fruit peddlers - Innocent Drinks. If your Wednesday is devoid of fun emails, then I suggest you sign up for it.

They're doing another fundraising challenge, this time rowing (virtually) round the UK for Macmillan Cancer Support.
